I bought a P90x chin up assist.
When it came in the boxes I was so excited about my new toy.
Little did I realize that I had also bought a robot costume for baby girl.

I was going to vlog like usual. But then this happened, and well, some things I just can’t describe to you.
I have to show you.
Some mornings are bliss.

You all know I love to juice. My juicer is probably the most used appliance in the kitchen…other than the kettle. So inspired by a conversation with a recent dinner guest, I decided to mix it up and make a fun bright green juice. Ingredients: parsley, cilantro, kale, cucumber, celery, spinach, lemon, and apples. *the secret is lots of lemon to cut the earthiness of the green leafy veggies*
Baby girl and I shared a cup of this in the backyard under the radiant sunshine.
It’s warm and sunny, so of course she just has to wear her mitts to go outside and wait for the bus. The clincher was also that she insisted on carrying her own bag, no matter what I did or how many times I offered. This of course, made me look like worst mother of the year to all the passengers and passersby. They all gave me the look that said, “I can’t believe you’re making her carry that big bag.” If they only knew. *sigh*
Taking advantage of a relatively warm afternoon, the ‘kids’ and I headed down to the pond to see what’s what. Drake the Dog ran around like a mad pup on the frozen over pond, and he also slid around like a mad pup on the same. He seemed really confused as to why he could now stand in this spot.
Baby Girl was just upset that she couldn’t throw stones in the water. She tried several times and got visibly frustrated that they bounced and skidded over the ice instead.
p.s. the winner of the giveaway will be picked on Tuesday. Just an FYI.
