I love the stacked rings look. I love the layered necklace look too. But sometimes it’s great to just pull all that back and have nothing but the pieces speak for themselves. I guess you could say this is my version of minimalism: pulling back the accessories. Jeans, a great tee, and a velvet jacket. I’ll totally wear this combo again with tons of accessories but for now, heading into the weekend I like that it’s a little less busy and a little bit more clean.

I’ll have more thoughts next week, but for now let’s just think about slowing down in terms of the frantic nature of our fashion *this season’s newest trends, newest releases* and the frantic nature of our brains. Let’s take a moment to pause and heal.
