You know I’m not a huge fan of super fancy dresses and high heels. I know they look great. I think they look great. When I see a woman in a great pair of heels I think,”Man, those are awesome!” But when it comes to putting on a pair I think, “Man, those are awful!”

Basically, I avoid heels and highly structured dresses that hold me in. I know, for someone who loves dresses you’d think I’d be all over it. But I love dresses for their comfort. Note: comfort. An uncomfortable dress has me complaining worse than an over tired two year old. So when planning an outfit for the Fashion on Yonge event and a TIFF party right after, sequined shorts, and over the knee boots were a huge winner in my books. I was so freakin’ comfortable all night and could totally enjoy all the moments.

And that’s the best part.
