Our capabilities are such that we will never understand the universe, not that it should stop us from trying because in knowledge and growth our most interesting things happen. But we have to realize that there is so much to discover and learn, and yet, the greatest things to learn are those within our own minds and hearts, and the minds and hearts of others.

Hey, maybe it’s silly, but yeah, we’re here for a split second and then we’re gone. And truly being here is the hardest thing to do. We’re often looking forward, or reliving the past, rarely looking at exactly where we are. And I don’t know about you, but I miss a lot of good stuff that way. I miss a lot of good people. And I don’t want to do that. Because soon enough I too will be gone, and everyone will have forgotten about me. It’s kind of freeing if you look at it that way – it’s frees you of the judgement of others. Leaves you free to love, speak, and be as you are. If only for a little while.
