After walking along the beach for a long while, it was time for a bit of coffee/tea goodness.

Climbing up the steps, and meandering through the lovely neighborhood, Pannikin coffee – also a recommendation – was the goal.

Sitting in the warmth with my cup of Earl Grey, honestly it made me wonder why I live where I live ( you know, except for the politics and the free health care, etc. etc.)

Afterwards, it was back to Encinitas for some delicious Mexican food at Raul’s and a beer at the Bier Garden. Then early to bed, since we’re three hours ahead. I know, we’re wild – living like rock stars!
