Ola beautiful people! It’s sunny, and getting warmer by the second. So I’m slowly coming out of hibernation. But first, before I do anything. I’m cutting my coffee/tea intake drastically. It’s been slowly creeping up on me in the last few months. More so than I would like. So as of today, I’m having one small coffee in the morning, and one tea in the afternoon. After a couple weeks of that, we’ll see if I can knock that down even more.
I know it’s not detrimental to my health, and my intake is not crazy by normal standards, but it’s more than I want. And it’s more than I want to be dependent on. Therefore, I’m cutting it out. And with the energizing change of season, there seems to be no better time than now. The renewal of Spring, and all that, is my motivation.
It’s going to be hard, and I’m going to have some headaches, and weariness, but I’m hoping I can take some naps and be gentle to let my body heal and rest while it adjusts.
