Let’s talk about some IG/TikTok etc “rules.” There’s a rule, or rather expectation, that if someone follows you, you have to follow them back.

But here’s the thing – you don’t owe anyone a follow. Follow and like if you want to follow and like. But I have found that some have gone the other way, where they withhold likes and follows because of some weird sense of something. What? Power, or the fact that you can boost someone? Jealousy, over the idea that they will be more ‘popular’? I don’t know what it is exactly – would love some help flushing it out. But either way, let’s drop all that bs and just like and follow the people you want to like and follow. Sounds simple, right? Well, it is….or at least it should be.
