Recently, as you may have seen on reels, I had an audition for a period piece.

And while I know the Cottagecore style is one where people (mostly women) dress in a period, old-timey way all the time and are quite committed to it, it’s not me. Though it looks beautiful, I must say. I enjoy a classic and vintage look, but usually, it’s only a hint. I don’t like to commit too deeply to one style of dressing. Anyway, for this audition I put things together to create the feel and look that would qualify as a Cottagecore period look, and since I’d done that for the audition, I figured I might as well have some fun with it for the day.
