Since we’re on the subject, getting the acid reflux did do one thing – it ended my dependence on coffee.
Coffee is a major trigger for reflux, and when I got it I had to quit it cold turkey. That meant a few uncomfortable days with some Tylenol, but now I haven’t had caffeine (tea or coffee) since January 16th. And honestly, it’s great. I find I actually have energy. I miss the taste, but that’s what decaf is for, am I right??
