Fenelon Falls occurs where the drainage from Cameron Lake spills over.

And of course a small town grew up around the power capability. Also, if you’re there you can enjoy lunch at a restaurant overlooking the falls – one of the rare times in Ontario that this can be done.

But if you’re like me and that doesn’t appeal, I suggest checking out On the Locks – a mom and daughter run restaurant with fresh and delicious food. I had the steak and kale wrap and it was so good.
Then follow that up with a treat from The Little Pie Shack. Their tarts are not to be missed!
