It releases dopamine. “Dopamine is also linked to addiction, though…compliments work like nicotine, at first giving you a thrill, but eventually making you totally dependent on them.” (From ‘You’re Not That Great’ by Elan Gale). So the trick is to learn to live without the need for them.

I pin up the sides, then do an upside down braid, tuck that in and pin in place. Might do a tutorial if that’s unclear 🙂
