Haliburton proper is fine – a decent burrito place, and quite a few shops.

Thanks for the latte by the way. But overall we weren’t a fan of the vibe – a bit more rushed and commercial after Minden. So after a quick visit to Skyline Park for the view and a snack, it was off on another hike through the forest. The quiet of the forest was more my jam anyway.

This time it was him that wanted to turn back.
