The sea is immensely calming but also such a draw for deep thoughts.

Perhaps as with anything vast, sea or sky, it reminds me of our intense insignificance. We are truly not even a drop in an ocean, but a single atom of a drop in the ocean. Truly minute.

Again, there is huge freedom in that as it means we have the ability to do what we want.

However, we should remember that when enough atoms and enough drops get together and decide on a course, it can become a tsunami.
